We are looking for an administrative coordination officer.
Duties to be filled:
First mailing and phone contact
Managing Members contact list,
Homepage coordination and administration
Manages Member fees
Manages Council, Members meetings and General Assemblies (Summon, coordination, and
minutes)
Manages AGM for ELARD, with calls for meetings
Bank-contact person
Lawyer contact
Manages accountancy
Assistance to the Presidency
More duties can arise during the contract.
We can offer a contract for monthly invoicing of 1 400 €. You can be based anywhere.
